More Detailed

1. Keyedponents

Basic construction brick either solid or with side opening

Keyed Bricks the similar basic building component either hollow or solid

  • Keyed Brick 4x4x8” brick or 100x100x200 mm
  • Keyedos ½ the dimensions of a Keyed Brick at 50x50x100mm. These are for sale.
  • Keyedlet ¼ the dimensions of a Keyed Brick 25x25x50mm. Lego-like in size
  • Keyedblock similar in size of a cement block with vertical openings

Keyed Cells are similar to a honeycomb cell, but with multiple layers

  • Keyedcombs are like a honeycombs for lateral applications like floors and roofs.
  • Keyedome uses a five sided type of Keyed cells that assemble into a geodesic dome. The pentagon-like shape allows the reduction of one cell per layer creating a geodesic dome.

Keyed Plys are key threaded sheets or plys used to form multiple layers like plywood.

  • Keyed Panels are flat sheets of identical configurations; multiple layers
  • Keyed Tubes are curved parts that assemble with a twist on radius. Multiple layers have different radii

Keyed Web & Flange are for structural connection like I-beams, for quick assembly of structural steel frames such as towers.

Other Key Threads connect cylindrical, conic and flat surfaces that can be embedded in many applications that will be simpler, stronger and faster to connect. The Keyedponents are just the start.

The first toy product line will be Keyedos, then Keyedlets and Keyedbricks.

The first commercial product line will be Keyed Bricks. The difference is engineering and standards

Keyed Bricks – The Foundation System

Keyed Bricks integrate four independent locking systems, all engaged through the same 50-degree rotation, followed by a simple mallet strike to lock the assembly. They create vertical structures.

There are 58 basic brick types, enabling:

  • Structural walls
  • Door and window frames
  • Unions, corners, and sills, sub-assemblies

Together, these form a complete, modular construction system.

Keyed Cell

Keyed Cells — Lateral Structural Systems

Keyed Cells are a high-performance truss system capable of forming:

  • Floors and ceilings
  • Roof systems
  • Geodesic domes
  • Walls.

This system enables lateral construction, but requires significant engineering work to fully model:

  • Load-bearing capacity
  • Roof and floor performance
  • Structural safety margins

Keyed Plys

Keyed Plys — Layered Structural Surfaces

Keyed Plys are flat or curved layered systems that form:

  • Panels
  • Tubes

Key features:

  • Additional layers increase strength incrementally
  • Layers can be added by removing the finish layer and assembling more.
  • Tube strength is tuned by adding radius-specific layer geometry

Functional materials can be embedded:

  • Softer internal layers that migrate to seal cracks
  • Structural outer layers for load-bearing performance

2. Keyed-AI — AI-Guided Design & Assembly

KeyedAI is an AI-driven design assistant that allows users to create structures in three ways:

  • Import existing drawings
  • Sketch onsite
  • Design directly in the platform

The AI will:

  • Determine the correct selection and placement of the Keyed Brick types
  • Automatically generate complete virtual system
  • Render a full 3D model

Once finalized, the system produces:

  • A step-by-step assembly video of the brick by brick assembly
  • Optimized so most adults can build using only their smart phone.
  • The output creates a Keyedscape that becomes a marketable product.

3. KeyedScape — A Marketplace for Buildable Design

KeyedScape is an online, subscription-based marketplace for Keyedscapes products. What ever was created Keyed-AI can be sold here.

This is for people who have built something, created a work of art, or solved problems. It is the place to sell their work in a global marketplace. This is the easiest delivery system to create because online selling is so normal.

4. Keynector Corp — Distributed Manufacturing at Scale

Keynector Corp is a franchise-based manufacturing network supporting:

  • Commercial 3D printing
  • Injection and pressure molding
  • CNC machining of parts and molds

Materials include:

  • Molded plastics and metals
  • Machined metals
  • Stone
  • Wood

A Keynector is someone with a 3D printer; a 3D printing business; an injection molding business; or a 4- axis machining business receives part orders from KeyedScape.
