Commercializing outline

Engineering cost for creating the delivery system for Keynector Corp.     Total: $1,200,000

Keyed Brick Engineering                                                                                $200,000
Plastic Sand optimization                                                                               $300,000
Molding and Extrusion Machinery                                                               $500,000
Keynector Corp                                                                                                 $200,000

Keyed Brick Engineering                                                                                 $200,000

1. 3D printed keyed brick outer case bricks that a core can
be inserted. Multiple bricks tested for optimizing
Half the world lives in mud brick houses. Mud bricks
could be the Keyed Brick core.

2. FEA: develop the system for evaluation of all keyed bricks    $ 10,000
Independent Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to confirm the
four interlocking fastening systems

3. Keyed Brick system (30+ parts)
Independent FEA on each type of Keyed Brick.                            $ 30,000

4. Solid 3D printed 1/8 scale models of 30+                                  $ 40,000
Independently printed on different printers. This are ½ width,
½ the height and ½ the length equaling 1/8 scale.
These will be free to down load at KeyedScape

5. Solid 3D printed mold for pouring cement/concrete              $ 50,000
Two parts: create the mold system in 6 parts for 4 sides
apply it to the 30+ parts

6. 3D printed mold for use with standard red brick                    $ 70,000
Similar to the first item. This replaces the mortar in red
brick construction. The Keyed Brick case will be
injected molded around the red brick.

Plastic Sand optimization                                                                                 $300,000
Developing plastic sand core that will not deform under load
This is contract testing in places that are doing similar research which
are the poorest countries developing standard building bricks.
The goal is to make a stable core that resist creep (deformation) for a
two story house. It is also a marketing effort in those countries.

Molding and Extrusion Machinery                                                                   $500,000
1. Developing machinery that will plastic inject around a core.
This is unique. How the different materials connect is unknown
The outer case has to be optimized. Automating the replace of the 6 molds for
the 30+ different Keyed Bricks.
2. Extrusion process for making and slicing plastic sand cores
The issues of mixtures, temperatures and availability.

Keynector Corp                                                                                                      $200,000
Design single business unit for the purpose of Franchise expansion
This is hiring expertise with the mission of IPO or venture funding.
Once the technology is proven, the next step is to get into production.
