5. Keyed Nacention Project
A manufacturing system for grinding recycled plastic and producing Keyedponents, that can fit inside a container and shipped anywhere.
At Keyed Bricks, we envision a future with a dynamic model of fully functional manufacturing units with thousands of local production lines all over the world instead of one massive enterprise requiring huge capital expenditures and complicated expensive maintenance.
Keyed Bricks is developing fully-functioning, mini production lines that will fit entirely into a 40-foot shipping container. It will house everything needed to produce keyed bricks and Keyed blocks. Our mini factories will be self-contained units where raw materials go in at one end and finished products come out at the other. These units are small enough to be transported on the back of a truck and will be designed such that they will need only an electricity cable and a water hose plugged in to be up and running. Designed to produce small batches in a cost-efficient way, they will produce minimal waste as much less product is needed for startup and cleanout when shutting down the line for cleaning or switching between products.
This is a for creating profit businesses. The is the most efficient motive to get people to use this. Currently we are collecting donations to start laying the ground work.
